The Red House Rental Rates
$350 per weekend or $750 for a week stay (7 nights)
Holiday Stays $400 - 3 night minimum required
**Special rates apply for Holidays and Parent's Weekends.**
Monthly Stays - $1,700 for 1 month
$2,800 for 2 months
Weekday Rates (Sunday-Thursday): $100 per night
Rental Rates for the Red House River Cabin:
Peak: $450 per weekend (2 nights) or $1,000 per week stay (7 nights)
Off Peak: $375 per weekend (2 nights) or $825 per week (7 nights)
Holiday Stays $100 additional - 3 night minimum required
**Special rates apply for Holidays and Parent's Weekends.**
Monthly Stays - $1,900 for 1 month
$3,000 for 2 months
Additional Rate Information for Both Properties:
Cleaning fee: $75; we are also pet friendly with a $50 pet fee.
We also accept Paypal with a 4% transaction fee.

25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking reservation; balance due 2 weeks prior to stay.
